Good question!

Well, when it comes to rankings, once you get below 50, ranking doesn't matter so much. What matters more is their placements, their employment statistics, who hires where, and the location (you will likely end up doing a job in the region where you graduate). So my recommendation would be to make a decision based on those things and not on ranking.
