……这题当时也错了，原因是刚做没看懂题，其实题本身还是很简单的，其实就是缩小两种塑料瓶之间的“差距”来达到加强的目的。

I regard A as irrelevant

Longman:
compatible - 'able to exist or be used together without causing problems'
                  compatible with
                  Stephen's political views often weren't compatible with her own

The explanation of A means  that 'The bidegradable ones can be completely crushed ' does not strengthen the conclusion - The biodegrable ones contain no less plastcis ' . It is possible that biodegrable ones contain less plastic.
