这题做的时候翻来覆去看不知道哪个正确，正确答案是C。
但是c说第一句explain a certain strategy, 第二句说是present that strategy。可是这两个strategy是同一个么？？第一句解释的strategy难道不是charge max price, 第二句难道不是charge less price 么？？
求大神们指教啊(而且弱弱的表示B 和 C貌似在态度上差不多吧？）题目没错么？
