题目：假设你是聋子，问你问题你却听到并作出“不能听到”的回答。
结论：如果你不是聋子但被假设是聋子，那么你回答“不能听到”就会否定你是聋子。

结论认为只要是你回答的是假定否你的否定，那么假定不成立。可是这个假设只要你回答，都是否定，无论你说“NO”还是“Yes”，所以选A。
