准备申2013fall的msa. 之前搜学校的时候瞄上了Penn State U. 结果进去看的时候发现去年的class statics里 招了0/22个大陆本。。招了个位数的美本international student.... 于是乎感觉这学校不咋看大陆本的。。。然后继续看官网，发现他们家的program是要求在spring必需有一个实习。。抵3credits... 于是乎怀疑是不是因为internship的原因，不prefer大陆本捏？？~ 我后来打听了一下~ 校外internship对于F1签证滴留学生来说 好像是需要CPT？据说~~纯粹据说~~满足CPT需要校方配合+F1已在美国有8个月的full time 学习。。

We review all applications and despite having received many applications from students who earned their BS abroad, we only admitted international students who did their undergraduate degree in the US for last year. It is possible to join the One-Year MAcc Program without a US undergrad degree, but the competition is high. Applicants who are neither U.S. citizens nor permanent residents must be able to obtain the correct work visas in order to stay in the U.S. while not enrolled in coursework. The internship that students in the program are required to complete will count as 3 credits, but students will not be enrolled full-time. This presents a major problem for international students who are not permanent residents as the correct visa is very difficult to obtain. 然后尼玛感觉自己每一句话都看懂了。。可是感觉怎么我的问题木有得到回答咧？！！！ 还是说major problem for international students....... 那究竟交换生的F1签证累计的4个月究竟有没有用咧！！！！
