Asignificant number of complex repair jobs carried out by Ace Repairs have to bereworked under the company’s warranty (保证，担保，授权). The reworked jobs are invariablysatisfactory. When initial repairs areinadequate (不合适的), therefore, it is not because the mechanicslack competence; rather ,there isclearly a level of focused concentration that complex repairs require that iselicited (引出，探出) more reliably by rework jobs than byfirst-time jobs.

Theargument above assumes which of the following?

A. There is no systematic difference inmembership between the group of mechanics who do first-time jobs and the groupof those who do rework jobs.

文中说,第一次做的不好,不是能力不行,而是关注度不够.问这个结论是在什么假设上建立的.
A选项正确,结论假设的是,第一次做工作的人和后来做工作的人是出自同一个群体的 (而不是来自两个不同的公司/工程队/什么的)

因果结论：不是因为能力不够，而是因为复杂维修的关注度导致维修比首次工作更可靠。
A选项排除他因。
