求助IR prep25题

可能是大家都做OG题目，PREP上的IR题目的讨论没多少。我有个PREP24不太明白，写出来求大家的帮助

Our new 15/12 discount loan is perfect for quick business projects.Customers can borrow an amount up to 80% of the value of their collateral assets at 15% discounted interest and have 12 months to repay the loan amount.

Term of loan:loan proceeds, paid by check in rupees,are equal to the loan amount less the total interest for the loan--15% of the loan amount.

A 15/12 loan with amount n rupees is taken out by a business.Select the expressions for the repayment amount(the sum of the payments made to fully repay the loan) and the loan proceeds for this loan.Make only two selections,one in each column.

最后的答案是repayment amount是 1.00n loan proceeds 是 0.85n

我可能是意思都没看明白，怎么也算不出来这个答案。。。求解释啊~~

为什么大家看了都不解答呢？本来IR资料就很有限，能多解答一道题岂不是更好呀

就是说，如果借100，那么借款人拿到手的loan proceeds = 100-100x15%=85。（等于把利息先扣了）。还钱的时候当然就还100（repayment），因为利息已经事先扣了。

多说一句，我们知道利息经常是一年后才交。但这个先交了。现实生活中确实两种情形都有，做题则要以题目为准。
