疑问:
1.B的解释逻辑理解无能--!难道是想表达，只要在一个时区，consultion与上班时间的flexiable无关，不管你怎么安排，都能有时间做这事？
2.D中eventual approval怎么能indicate出后面的内容？我怎么觉得后面内容和是不是eventual approval无关啊。。。
如果理解成可以随时提交倒是能improve productivityD 感觉。。。但是想想又觉得是decrease, 你随时可以提交，但是别人不一定来了，也提交不了。。。。难道我推测过度了？
