Well, if you have been working for two years, then you will have three years at the time of matriculation, which is a bit on the low side, but still not too bad, especially if you had some good work experience. The important thing to be aware is that you are willingly giving yourself a slight disadvantage, but if your time is now, then your time is now! Can you overstate your job content? or lie? No. Never. You gotta tell the truth. You can use methods to make the truth seem a bit more impressive than it is, but every word you write has got to be true.

HEY good question! Well you have a few options, but mostly its a combination of scholarships and loans. Depending on the school, you may or may not need a co-signer depending on the loan, the program, etc. Take a look at the Wharton page on Loans which gives you a good start: http://www.wharton.upenn.edu/mba/admissions/loan-programs.cfm

Otherwise for scholarships, you will get a scholarship basically if the school REALLY wants you to attend and is afraid that maybe you will go somewhere else. What does that mean? That you will likely get scholarships if either your profile is VERY strong or if you apply to schools which are a bit less ranked than the best schools you can get into. So for example, someone who might juuuuust get into Duke, might get a scholarship to Olin. So you need to take this into consideration when building your strategy about which schools to apply to.
