A lower IPO pricing means greater underpricing. Therefore, it can be inferred that more prestigeious boards are assocciated with more underpricing. I chose "infererable".

IPO price低并不代表underpriced

Underpricing value = First day closing price - IPO price

即使价格低，只要不低于closing price,就不算是underprice。underprice 和low price是两个概念

注意这里他们研究的是："IPO stock share price"，也可以说是"IPO asking price". 对应的是表格第3纵栏P0，而不是对应第5纵栏。
