我该如何抉择？

最近遇到一件工作上的事情，一直不知道该如何处理，想请问一下大家的建议。

我现在在这家世界500强的公司工作将近两年，其中担任过TEAM LEADER等一系列职务，年中被公司送到国外培训，如果一切顺利的话，等培训结束公司将会有升职的可能。

可是在我培训进行到一半的时候，部门里人事变动，部门经理换人，于是被新任老板以紧急召回。等回来后发现情况改变，新老板并不重用我，在我目前看来在他在职期间我不会再有什么发展。

曾经考虑过换工作，但是有培训合同在身，如果中途走的话就要赔偿一笔违约金。

所以不知道该怎么处理，恳请各位同在职场的XDJM 给我指点一二。万分感谢！

You could start to look around elsewhere, see if you can find other decent job...It also depends on the size of your penality.

if you simply want to change job, try to let headhunter go to you, thus the destintationcompany may pay the indemnity for you.

My concern is that how to let the headhunter know me and recommend me.

Another question is whether to find a new job is the only solution or not...?

F* your boss and let him to fire you. Personally, I hate the corporate politics in those big multinationals.
