童鞋们好~本人现在在康奈尔读MPA，因为暑期回国，想把在康奈尔的房子出租，从房子到学校走路也就10分钟，家具床啊什么的都有，24小时免费热水，免费上网，还有免费的健身房！房间较大，很安静，还有一个化学系的中国美女做室友，租金一个月$510，除了电，什么都包。详细信息如下：
