ECE认证要的资料最近是不是有改变？

有最近做过ECE认证的同学吗我看到ECE要的材料有变化呢。各位大牛帮我看看呗，谢谢~
FOR POSTSECONDARY LEVEL PROGRAMS

Please note that ECE now requires a China Qualifications Verification Credentials Report. For completed programs, both the degree and grade report must be verified; for incomplete programs, just the grade report. The verification report (认证报告) must be sent directly to ECE by the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center:

We suggest that the report be sent to us via courier service; please have it sent to: ECE, 101 W. Pleasant St. Suite 200, Milwaukee WI 53212-3963, USA.
You must also submit photocopies of all official educational credentials, issued in Chinese. Send all those which apply to your educational history;
- All certificates, diplomas, and degrees;
- Official grade reports/transcripts/academic records for all academic work completed beyond senior secondary school.
Photocopies of English translations. You may prepare the translations yourself, as long as they are complete, literal, word-for-word, and in the same format as the original document. Please do not submit original translations; they will not be returned.
Subject Analysis, Catalog Match, and Health Professions Licensure reports require a syllabus or other type of course descriptions to be submitted for all postsecondary academic subjects.

这是在apply ECE认证的那里会出现的，说明一下要到学位认证网先认证才行~

要到教育部去认证，然后由教育部把成绩单交给ece
