抗生素可以治 bacterial infection但是不能治这种virus
但是实际发现孩子们感染这种virus而得的中耳炎被抗生素治好了
解释就是得这种virus的孩子们也特别容易得可以诱发中耳炎的bacterial infection。。。

The option must explain why antibotic is effective to treat children infected with virus, even though itself is only for bacterial treatment.
B explains the paradox because it connects the bacterial treatment with the virus..That Children is susceptible to bacterial makes antibiotic effective
