topic：Some people think the housing storage in big cities can only be solved by the government. Do you agree or disagree?
Today most people take their hope of solving housing problems on government and believe government could take the only and best role to provide more houses to society. it is too early to make such conclusion and more aspects must be taken into consideration.
This conclusion lied on an assumption that the range of duty of government can extend to housing market. it is correct to introduce government into solution of people daily life issues such as healthy care, education and housing problems. And government were capable of summon sources from various field to associate group strength to these difficult issues. Under this situation government serves as a commander to lead people, the community and oversea powers to fight for the well-being of the society.
But this assumption may ignore the limitation of government implemental power, especially considering the nature of housing problems. Housing issues are defined in economic field, which means only is economic measures able to address them. Economist and housing issues researchers may be the best labor force option. They are adequate with the running of housing system and can easily find the broken parts of this giant mechanism. Thus the situation would become worse if government that act in a r way exactly opposite to those of economic researchers was attributed.
Of course it does not mean government a redundant organization on economic issues. It owns indispensable advantage in terms of financial supports. It is a better way to combine government and economic professionals together and spare no effort to implement their own duties. |
