紧急求助UF的financial aid

university of florida的financial aid种类很多，可是我看到上面又有写只限美国的，当地永久居民的什么才可以申请，是不是外国学生真的没戏啊？而且必须要开财务证明？？十个月的项目，那岂不是要开满整个cost of attendence的所有财务证明？？？
ScholarshipsAll accepted Master of Science in Real Estate students are considered for our Private Scholarship funds (these include the Bergstrom Center, FAR and Scarola scholarships). Other scholarship awards are offered during the academic year (CCIM) or must be applied for by the applicant or student directly (Appraisal Institute, ULI, ICSC, FCI, FREC, PREA, BOE, FAMU Feeder Program).
那么奖学金这个要申请么？还是说只有进去了之后才可以申请。。。只是。。。十个月的项目。。这个也忒指望不上了吧。。

ICSC, PREA等的我申请过，没戏。
基本国际学生招进来都是为了赚钱，你不如努力多准备准备，不然读硕士就是得掏钱。。

急问，NYU的网申的时候是要求upload scan toefl score，然后上面写admitted之后，采用交official score，我有个疑问，这个official到底是指到时候要求交正式的纸质报告还是说到时候再让ETS送分呢？
我G送分了，但是T还没有。。。
