括号里是我的排除理由，但B为什么对还是想不明白，请高手指教！

B 的意思是说因为前列腺癌的发生期比较晚，T地的男人通常没到那个年纪就翘翘了。没机会得。。。

我也是知道了正确答案才想明白是个什么道理的。
