1. 首先2的N次方是10*9*8*7*6*5*4*3*2*1的FACTOR.所以，10！里面算一下有几个2就可以了。那么最多能有几个呢？2*4*6*8*10，一共有8个了，对吧？
2.因为买了0.29和0.15的邮票！那么一共花了4.4的钱，这个可以设等式求，也可以直接看一下，因为数字不复杂！你想，要被0.15整除，那么尾数至少要有5，而4.4和0.29之间的关系就是买了10个0.29的时候，其余是1.5刀，也就是0.15的也买了10个。其他的都不能满足。。。或者，反过来，你用4.4除0.15看看，求0.15的最大值，且能被0.29整除的数。估计也就一种情况吧？
