求大牛鉴定，年龄30，GMAT 750，8年工作经验，悲剧GPA只有2.1，是不是彻底没希望了？

商学院申请中GPA占的比重是很有限的，尤其是你已经工作8年了。我想你最大的挑战是如何把自己的职业规划写清楚，并且说清楚MBA对你的价值。毕竟8年（入学时9年）的工作时间对于全职MBA学生有些偏长。

GPA 低的同学真伤不起。。偶GPA 也狂低。。我本科都奉献给各种玩，，和EX了。。。

Hey there. Yes, you DO still have hope. But you will need to write an AMAZING optional essay. J with such a low GPA, schools will question whether or not you will have the skills to succeed in school. So what can you refer to? Well, first of all your GMAT. Secondly, what about a TOEFL score? That could be very helpful as well. And finally, your WORK experience. You have done some good work it seems, in finance, airlines, etc. So lets explain in our optional essay that much of the work that you do in these companies is quantitative in nature (or whatever you did badly in, in school.) You could also explain that there were unusual circumstances during school—that you had to work full time, someone became sick, etc. The optional essay is an art form my friend—you need to keep it to 300 words or so, and somehow make it seem as though you are NOT making excuses. You must try to strike a confident tone. I like your chances-you will simply need to craft an amazing optional essay…

今年QS 我问了 SAUDER的人我说你们GPA占多大比重呢，经过了解结论就是在他们看来工作3年是个分水岭 3年之后 GPA的重要性在下降，重要的是工作经验。所以，楼主，放心申请吧
