Tha factors favoring unionization drives seem to have been either the presence of large numbers of workers ,as in New York city, to make it worth the effort, or the concentration of small numbers in one or two locations , such as a hospital , to make it relatively easy.
大家觉得句中的两个it的作用是什么呢？ 我想了一下觉得应该不是指代，两个it都是做宾补的用法 “make it adj……” 杨碰上没有解释，大家有什么看法？
