哈哈, 我现在在深圳华大基因从事DNA小片断建库的工作, 以后希望读个MBA可以在业内精进或者转行, 因为在生物业界作科研的话没有博士学位的话路是走不长的, 这也是为什么我很多同事都在同时读在职经济, 金融财会,或者IT或者电子工程学位, 甚至好像还有人在读美国的DL MBA

Hey there—the most common career that we see from our friends with backgrounds in biology tends to be something entrepreneurial. Starting a company in the long-term, perhaps while starting to work at J and J or Bayer etc. From that large company, you would learn all kinds of best practices, and go on to start your own biotech firm. That is the scenario where we have had the most luck anyway. Good luck to you my friend, and I hope this helps!

读生物的童鞋，最大的优势在于数理分析。
如果你现在是单纯作技术，像转型，那么可以考虑读一个MSF， MFE，当然这两者在美国的就业目前都大大不如往年。
如果你目前的工作还涉及一些人事,i.e.跟客户，跟人打交道，有些管理经历，那么可以考虑读MBA, 当然如何定位，还是要好好思索。别盲目跟风。毕业的方向可以是进医药公司，就入jon说的；如果你对金融感兴趣，也可以凭借良好的数理基础，进金融机构。这个就看你个人兴趣和优势了。
