答案是选e的，但是不明白为什么b不对，interstitial nucleus为什么不能导致disease z呢，如果这样的话不就weaken argument了么？

是这样的，B成立不一定削弱结论啊。二者可以同时成立啊，XZ病同时发生，并且interstitial nucleus 大的更容易得X病。而E：hypothalamus和Y有关，X是Y的分支。所以结论因该是interstitial nucleus 和Y的关系，而不是和X的关系。削弱。
