A， 无关，而且有only,
B， 加强。
C， 无关。用不用G和国外的与satisfy standards 无关。
D， 取非。通过了test的G与国外的一样。削弱。
E， 加强。
对于c的解释, 我觉得它并非无关, 虽然结论是用G, 但是它的论据是G satisfy standards, 隐含了国外的part不satisfy standards的意思. 我觉得c不对是因为将其取非之后变成了some foreign-made parts satisfy our government standards, 反驳了结论.
