楼上的意思是，衡量SATISFACTION的指标应该是PRODUCTIVITY和ABSENTEEISM，所以SURVEY的调查所现实的情况对说明SATISFACTION的问题是无效的，因为它没有涉及这两个问题，只谈到了SITUATION。
