288. p和q是质数，m、n是正整数。mp+nq除以pq是整数。
I q是m的因子
II pq是nq的因子
以下是个人见解

如果只选择1，则m可以设成m=aq，a为正整数，原式=(aqp+nq)/pq, 化简为a+n/p,无法判断n/p是否为整数，不充分

如果只选择2，pq是nq的因子，b为正整数，则n可以设成n=bp,原式=（mp+bpp）/pq, 化简为m/q+b，无法判断m/q是否为整数，不充分

如果1+2，则可以得出原式=a+b,充分

选C吧。。

我觉得应该是对的，不对的话麻烦指正。。。

如果发重了，自动删除吧。。。

给出一个提纲：
1.The more a government or the political ;eaders withhold information from the public, the more hostility the public advocated against the government.

2.Sometimes the government withhold some information to prevent opponent opinions, while the different voices do not stand for the incompetible of a society.

3.Peolple have the right to know the truth.

当然也可以说政府可以只对本国民众负责而不是外国民众，只向本国民众诚实而不是外国民众。比如米国。。

或者是说，善意的谎言有助于国民的生产生活积极性~比如天（好和谐呀么么）朝

p*(aq-m) = nq

Since p and q are both prime numbers, then p has to be a factor of n, because it cannot be a factor of q. (1) was right.

And q has to be a facotr of (aq-m) because it cannot be a factor of p.

So q*b=aq -m. m=q*(a-b). So q is a factor of m. Then (2) was not right.

这里是DS,应该是问通过1，能否得题目结论，是问充分条件，但按sdcar的思路，则是问必要条件。结论成立，能否推出条件
