我就说说我的看法，因为三节车事故比率比单节两节都低，因此建议运货的都改用三节。
看到结论，答案肯定是跟三节车有关，推翻原因。果然，A说因为三节车走的都是高速好走的路段，要是三节车走其他车走的路段说不定事故更多。B选项提出了更好的策略，但是没有削弱说明题目中结论为什么错

argument的结构是：
large truck---6percent of miles driven---12 percent of highway fatalities
the very largest trucks--- 条件 ---4 percent of highway fatalites
由上面的关系推出largest trucks发生事故概率小，都换成这种trucks减少fatalities
很明显缺少一个条件，A刚好弥补
Partorian trucking companies have so far used triple-trailer trucks on lightly traveled sections of major highways only
意思是：P公司到目前为止只在lightly traveled sections of major highways上用triple-trailer trucks，这就说明用的少，用的少，事故少，不能说明出事概率低，weaken

请求帮助，这道题目以前没有啊~GWD28-Q17
