选校友面试还是Adcom面试比较好？

本人只有一年工作经验，选校友面试会不会被challenge啊？

[Hey there—if you believe that you interview very well, then our advice is always to interview w someone from an adcom. Their input has much more weight of course than an alum would. At the same time, alum interviews can also be harder. However, if your sense is that you may NOT interview well, then an alum interview is likely a better option, since their input will hurt you LESS when push comes to shove. The experience issue is less important—if you are confident, shoot for adcom. If not, alum may be the way to go. Hope this helps, and good luck!
