新东方白皮册数学题！

以下是新东方白皮册里面的几道数学题，是在不知道如何解答，望高人求助！据说这些题目都是考试频率极高的题！

27. 在4*9的矩形中，一共有多少个矩形？

32. A certain country had a total annual expenditure of $1.2*10^2 (*表示乘法）last year, if the population of the country was 240 million last year, what was the per capita expenditure?
A. $500 B. $1,000 C. $2,000 D. $3,000 E. $5,000

35. A bar under a sequence of digits in a decimal indicates that the sequencees repeats indefinitely. What is the value of (10^4-10^2)(0.0012)?
A. 0 B. 0.12 C. 1.2 E. 10 E. 12

36. A certain money market account that has a balance of $48,000 during all of last month earned $360 in interest for the month. At what simple annual interest rate did the account earn interest last month?
A. 7% B. 7.5% C. 8% D. 8.5% E. 9%

第一题和第二题的条件我看的不是很明白。。。
第三题化简之后应该是900*0.1212121212121212 这个数应该接近1.2所以选C
第三题设利率为P 就可以用48000*P/12=360解出来是B

谢谢楼上的帮忙，不过第三题答案是B，第四题的答案是E，不知道能否有人帮忙解释一下?

然后第二题答案是A

两条平行线垂直相交，就构成1个矩形
4个相邻的矩形有5条平行线，9个相邻的矩形有10条平行线，分别从其中任选两条就组成一个矩形
C(5, 2)*C(10, 2)=450个

32：A certain country had a total annual expenditure of $1.2*10^2 (*表示乘法）last year
单位搞错了吧，一个国家一年花120美元？感觉应该是120 billion

120*10^9/240*10^6=500
选A

35：感觉答案错了：
就是无限循环小数，(10^4-10^2)(0.001212121212....)=12.121212121...-0.1212121212.... =12
选E

36:一个月是360，那么一年是360*12，则利息为360*12/48000=9%
选E
