首先通读Question以及对照原文题干进行分析
situation:the wage distinction in two region:V and B ,assemblers in the former region have lower wages long time than the assemblers in the latter region,the unbalanced wage situation can't be changed even though the B adjusted the tariff(the aim of tariff is to reduce the unbalanced HR costs which will be reflected on the price of the Tv)but recently the statistics show that the number of assmblers in B reduced
Conclusion:updated trade statistics indicate that the number of televisions Borodia imports annually from Vernland has increased
Explanation:number of assemblers drops indicate TV imports manufacture reduced
可能有以下几个assumptions
1.B的技术水平没有发生大的变化，机器没有取代人，所以人的减少必然意味着产量的降低
2.B AND V 的电视年需要量是一个常数，B的来源为本地区生产加进口V地区生产的，本地生产减少则进口的数量就要增加，且B的进口地区只面向V，不假设有其他的可能供应地区存在

相比较assumption2,1显得更直接逻辑考核的就是对题目具有最直接解释效力的

A答案的意思和assumption2一致，但是仍然还要补充前提，就是V地区的生产率没有发生大的变化，装配工人数在增加的需求量基础上有进一步增加，这个答案需要补充一个更基本的前提，A和C相比C更基础
B和题目的情景和结论之间无关
C 见上述解释
D是受tarriff 取消的影响，但是仍然需要补充C作为基础，D与A表达的是同一个意思，B减少了装配人数，V的年装配电视机数量增加明显
E谈的是今后的趋势，是从题干中衍生出去的其他内容，而非弥补题干和结论之间GAP的要件
