sorry I don't have chinese access in my computer. One more thing, I don't have too much experience on job hunting. Here are some tips I thought migth be helpful.
Priority: go to talk with any professionals in your university; find out their networks and ask them for help. Don't be shy. It wouldn't bother you if they turn you down. Don't forget the university's career service (very important). Talk to those staffs since some used to be HRs in industry.
2. go to your career connection website where latest job information would be posted regularly, and then email your resume and cv to those positions you are interested in. This is another smart move. Most recently I got my consulting intern from our connection system.
last thing to do: upload your resume and cv to 'monster', 'indeed', 'dice', 'resumebucket', 'jobnob', 'careerbuilder' ... way too many
Personal experience: I submitted 20 resumes electronically and ended up with 3 replies from technical recruiters... I got 3 interviews, all from the first and second step.
Hope this helps |
