Generally, one DOES need some solid work and leadership experience to get into an MBA program. And if your sense is that you didnt have enough experience last year, since you just changed jobs, you most likely wouldnt have enough experience NOW either. You would be best served to stay at your job for one more year, and to gain some amazing leadership experiences! If you can put together one full year of work at this new company, with some strong new experiences, you will have an easier time explaining how your application IMPROVED since your last attempt.
And remember, this is the most important part of a re-application. You need to show how you have realized your weaknesses, and improved on them! With one more year of work experience, this should be easy.
