Not only but it also 可以吗？ 我记得只能换also或者only.. 这个我不确定,似乎看见过but it also, 求NN指点. 这个答案应该是D 吧, 跟not only but also 没关系, 就是but it also, 没有not only
还有解析说A的错误时 gave 应该和create平行 改成原形 give
但是看看A明明前面有not only did呀。。。正因为前面有did所以后面动词采用原形, not only did xxxxxxcreat and givexxxx, but also....

答案说A的their应该就近 修饰foods 所以错了，我想问。。为什么就近。。。
我选D。。。why？这个答案是不是应该选B?, "their rates"不是正确用法, 所以排除A, C.

第三题选E，你选的是D，但是你没有发现D是说的the rate of fatty foods，但是你在看后面半句，人家要比较的是人，而不是food.
其实我觉得A选项不是就近的问题，我觉得是A没有E那么清楚，没有歧义（这点我也不确定，看看NN怎么解答吧）
