GWD画错粗体字位置了应该加粗这一句：the higher rates of reported whiplash injuries, half of the reported cases are spurious Helr大神的PREP 版里面有

这道题OG里有的，答案是D。研究了很久，才看明白。

本题的conclusion是 in the countries with the higher rate of reported whiplash injuries, half of the reported case are spurious.
这个conclusion 是文章反对的。
所以第一句的事实是支持这个论点的，但是文章认为这个支持是不充分的。
明确了CONCLUSION后，就容易看出第二句是against conclusion了。
