USC's Financial Statement

In order to get the I-20 form from USC, is the Financial Statement Doc. a must together with the USD1000.00 deposit? If yes, then how much money at least should be showed on the Doc.? Thank you in advance.

"Confidential Financial Statement of Personal or Family Support" that shows as one part supplemental form of application.

While on the admission binder, the school didn't strictly request it just mentioned the deposit on or before May 01. So i just wonder if it is not necessary.

Not yet and big suffering of the huge cost, while still, was rather attracted by its location and better reputation than other schools which either offered full tuition waive or 30%' scholarship. So all of you desided to USC?
