(1) There were 17 directors present at a joint meeting of the directors of company K and company R, and no directors were absent.
(2) Company K has 12 directors and company R has 8 directors.
答案C 我選A
思路是既然有17個人可以參加K和R公司的會議,
不就表示這17個人同時擁有 K和R的職務才能參加K和R的會議
ex:17個人能出席北大和天津大學的董事會議,就表示這17人有北大和天津大學的董事職務啊那麼答案應該為A呀

理解错了，A的意思是说，K和R公司的联席会议，也就是说，这两个公司所有的董事加起来是17个人，一共这点人。就是K和R的董事会在一个房间里开，明白了不？
