TN24给的答案是C；我很困惑。但这题选E我更困惑了。

选E值得仔细斟酌。正式计划能不能保住资本和做了正式计划增加了公司成功的信心似乎需要扯上一定的逻辑关系你才有可能联系起来。

这题怪。就算最后选出来也是争议题。还是放着吧。
