some SC questions,pls help me!

正确答案是C。 我选D。 is 后面可以直接加leave吗？ 我觉得应该是to leave吧？ 还有 all one has to do with cattle里面已经有个谓语动词has了，那么后面的is 又是什么呢？ 另外，all one thing 和 the only thing 的区别是什么呢？

正确答案是D。我选的是C。 不明白为什么选D，因为后半部分明显是前面的原因，用for 引导不是很好？
