Help about the lost of Appointment number

I am a Computer Based-TOEFL taker in Hong Kong. Today my Windows was ruined and I formatted my Harddisk with my Appontment Identification Number lost (it was an email stored in Outlook Express). What can I do? I have to attend TOEFL at 03/17 9:00AM.

It doesn't matter. Just carrying your passport to your testing center will be OK! They will check your name by computer and compare with your passport. Everything will go well. Don't worry about it! Take it easy!

I am very nervous about this exam since I don't have time left to retake it. The University requires a score of 213.
