I respectfully disagree you on this statement.

High GMAT scores mean a lot for most Chinese applicants targeting at top 10 B-schools.

GMAT is not a big deal duing your application to top 10 business schools. My gmat is only 660, but still got admitted by one of top 10 schools. But I figure you'd better retake your toefl. 630 is a good grade.

Agree! You needn't retake GMAT! 700 is proper.
