只说大意了，一个国家的税收计算是将一个人的年收入的2％加上这个式子的平均值：该式子是R国货币为100单位＋这个人年收入的1％）。那么以该国货币计价，以这个人年收入为 I 来表达税收计算的式子是什么。 就是2/100 +（100U+ (1/100)× I）/2。我当时计算时不明白100单位怎么用，所以暂时用U代替，后来算出来时和答案对上了，答案没加U,我就不加了
