算不上很有劣势。只是本科GPA更被看重一些而已

谢谢阿,那本科GPA3.3.

More important than the actual GPA itself, is the context of what that GPA meant within your school. A 4.0 from Harvard means a lot less than a 4.0 from the University of Chicago, for instance, given that Harvard has a reputation for inflating grades and the University of Chicago has a reputation for doing the opposite.

Without knowing what specific school you went to, only you can honestly answer whether your grades meant that you did extremely well, or not. Schools are in the business not of comparing a 4.0 from one school to the next, but of understanding, 'so in this school, 4.0 meant he was the top student, while in that school, 4.0 meant he was merely in the top 30%.'.

Put another way, if I tell you someone's salary (with one year work experience) is as such: $25K RMB per month, in a top ten company. If the person was working in McKinsey or in Goldman Sachs, I'll wonder why he's earning so low, since they get global pay. If he's working in a Chinese company like Lenovo, I'll think, that's not bad at all.

The numbers mean nothing, the context is everything.

Good luck!

And yes, bachelor grades are far more important. American masters
programmes have a reputation for inflating grades, being not very
competitive to get into, and in general being a poor judge of one's
academic ability. I know an applicant to Wharton who got rejected
because they were concerned about his academic potential: Masters GPA,
3.7 at Carnegie Mellon University Engineering (top 10 by any measure);
Bachelor GPA, far lower.

At
the same time, I would think about what the poster above mentioned
about your GPA not being changeable. The fact that people with 2.4 can
get into the top schools means that if you ask 'Does my GPA hold any
hope for me??' Is irrelevant unless you tell us everything else about
yourself (just imagine what the 2.4 would have heard from others when
he asked the same question, simply focusing on his GPA. Answer will
probably be, 'give up...'

Happily the GPA is not only
unchangeable, it is also not really a very important part of your
application, merely showing your academic/ intellectual potential
(which the GMAT, and your essays/ recommendation letters) also show. So
don't worry too much.

Good luck!

Thank you very much for the detailed interpretation. I feel more confident after that.
Entrepreneur is really different.

I don't see what being an entrepreneur has to do with your grades- The point is not to be different, but that schools understand that “行行出状元”. If you're genuinely good at what you do, then you'll always have a good chance of getting in.
