我理解的B和D表达是类似意思，就是看百分比，为什么B不对啊？

Are u sure the answer is D? the death rates seems another topic. 

B是说：armed death/（armed death + civilian death）和 civilian death/（armed death + civilian death）

这个没有意义啊。

B and D both pointed out the absurdity is because the conclusion mixed the conception between total number and  percentage.

The original sentence even did not mention what is the difference between total number and  percentage..
