答案是C  不太理解

关键是passed over这里的意思不理解  我理解成“被忽略，被忽视”

前提（C）：过去十五年的奖励标准不变

条件1：过去十五年领奖的人数减少  条件2：奖励标准是成为销售队伍前三名

结论：被忽略没有拿奖的人数也相应减少

不明白这个结论是怎么得出来的

请问这句话是什么意思呢？

pass over 应该是“被略过，被忽视”的意思，言下之意就是说达到receive award的人的数量减少了，而且不能达到reward 标准的人也相应减少了，所以说明sales person 的总体数量减少了。那么也就是说判断的标准没有变化，不然两个变量一起变，就没有办法判断了。
