rt，就是那个由华人prof.Song 带领的一个研究innovation management相关的小组。据说项目排名很不错，就是学校差了点。有谁接到面试通知了没？

对方是一个新项目，所以广泛广告一下，没什么不对巴？而且，对于广大没OFFER的同学来说，坦率地说，也许是个不错的选择呢，至少是个美国博士。别人能从学生这里占什么便宜？

In the field of entrepreneurship, Shane, Vankataraman, Gartner, Davidsson, and Shepherd are in the top tier and still active in research.

I'm not familiar with the entrepreneurship area, but based on his tenured position in a decent university and his publication record, I would say he is an active and probably well-known researcher in his own field. I'm not sure about the "Number One" part though.

Come on, 3 JAMS, 3 JMR, 2 JM, 1 MS, how bad could he be? Altough I'm not sure about those management journals, but from what I heard, SMJ and AMJ are decent journals.

There is nothing wrong to promote his own research or program. Not every researcher does that, but I guess it's just his personal style.
