Choose:Treasury Management or GL

Dear all,

I am an accountant staff with 2.5 years working experience, now accounting department is under reconstruction, Manager want me to do the treasury management position because company will set up cash pooling. but I perfer to do GL in the future 1-2 years. and there seems no position of this now.

should I take the Treasury Management? Can some talent give me some advice?

what is GL?

As I know, cash pooling contains many technical parts, very detail.
