I get confused with PR's scores. the fewer errors I made, the lower score I got!!!!
In the latest test, I only got 600 with 2 math errors and 8 verbal errors, while in the CD, I saw someone post her's score as 730 with the same error rates. BTW, I didn't know how her errors distributed, but my errors are not concentrated in the first 20 either. Also, I got 650 with 3 math errors and 12 verbal errors, and most of whom are found in the first 20.
the most upset situation is I only got 610 with 0 math errors and 4 verbal errors!!!! So far, i totally lost. I can't figure out how PR does scoring.
I wish someone else could post their error distribution and total score for reference But now I just play around with PR and don't care it too much.
I get confused with the Kaplan's scores too. I made 8 mistakes in math, but got 50! I don't think I will be so lucky in a real test. My verbal scores is 32, but totally I only got 630. I suppose the total score should be higher if the verbal is 32 and maths is 50.
