CPA 的FACS 评估原件疑问

Do I need to send original documents or are copies acceptable?
Official records should be sent to us directly by the schools you have attended. If the school does not send official copies to third parties, you should send the original copies of your records. Original records will be returned if so requested. Copies of original records will be accepted if they are officially notorized and certified as true copies by the issuing school, a U.S. educational foundation, A U.S. Consul, AMIDEAST or a similar agency. If you have further questions about the records you should submit, you can e-mail FACS at facs@aol.com.

我的疑问是，我们在国内读的本科的学历证和学位证的原件都需要寄给FACS吗，还是可以去复印一下，让学校敲个和成绩单一样的章也可以算原件的？
