推荐表格上的要求是: Please use a separate sheet(s) of paper to respond to each of the questions below.

1. How long have you known the applicant and in what capacity?
2. What do you consider the applicant’s strengths?
3. In which areas could the applicant exhibit growth or improvement?
4. How would you describe the applicant’s interpersonal skills?

请问一定要一题一题回答,还是可以用一封完整的推荐信回答所有问题.

感觉上老师或者雇主才不会这么听话，一题一题回答，

如果回答得太规整，反而有斧凿的痕迹。
