Topic:weather always telling the truth is the most important consideration in any relationship.

 As for weather always telling the truth is the most important consideration in any relationship, my opinion is that telling the truth in most situations is really important, because if a person is dishonest, he or she can’t be trust-worthy, and thus will hurt the relationship, but I don’t agree that it is “always” right.  

  I believe that honesty is very important in building a good relationship, but in some cases, to be too frank can hurt the relationship. When I first started my professional career, I was always very frank, and sometimes I hurt other people’s feeling. When I realize it, I started to learn some communication skills. I think sometimes moderate compliments can be helpful in building up a good relationship, although it is not true sometimes.

  In other cases, white lie with good intension is also needed. When a person is serious ill and going to die soon, his family and friends will tell him some white lies in order to please him in his last days, I think it is right and should not be blamed.

  In our daily life, everyone tells some white lies, even he or she doesn’t notice it. It is the lubrication of the relationship.

  In my opinion, what should be blamed is the pure lie with evil intensions, weather it is for personal interest or something else. In both personal life and business environment, it will hurt the relationship and thus destroy the trust.
