考到 not so much ... as or but.
1. metal (单数) does not so much reflect the light as recieve and send it back ...
2. metal does not so much reflect the light but recieves and sends it back...
选了第一个，因为不知道not so much 可否和but连用。但是对第一个中的recieve and send不加s也有迷惑。大家讨论。。。。

as...as 的否定形式吧？前边有助动词，后面当然不加s了。不知道理解得对不对？

btw, lz很懂得如何吸引眼球
